made this as directed but tripled the recipe b/c I had a large butternut squash. oh, I also used chicken broth instead of vegetable broth b/c that's what I had on hand. It was tastey, but too thin. I peeled and cubed 3 small yucon gold potatoes and boiled them. I popped them into the food processor with 3 Tbsp Heavy Cream. added some of the butternut squash soup to the food processor to combine. I then whisked the contents of the food processor into the big pot of soup. Amazing!
